What to try when something is wrong, roughly in the order most likely to help.

Try these first

A widget has gone blank, or is showing yesterday. Open the app once. Widgets draw whatever the app last knew.
A song will not play. If it came from the library on your phone and 1bit says the media server refused it, open Apple's Music app once and accept whatever it is waiting on.
A section has vanished from the launcher. Settings > features. Nothing is deleted; rows can be switched on or off.
Music you dropped in over USB has not appeared. Music > database > rescan.
Something synced on one phone and not the other. Check the switch on both, and give iCloud a minute. Photographs and recordings do not sync (yet).
